📱💥 How To Be A Call Of Duty: Mobile Pro 💥 📱

Call of Duty: Mobile is a much better game than it has any right to be. All too often, mobile versions of venerated franchises turn out to be watered-down cash grabs, but that’s not an accusation anyone can level at CoD: Mobile.

It’s a fully-featured first-person shooter with buttery-smooth mobile controls, a robust progression system, and plenty of scope for simply breathtaking plays. Don’t believe us?

Just check out a montage on YouTube to see some of the game’s best players at work. With enough effort and dedication, you can become a Call of Duty: Mobile pro as well. Here’s how to do just that.

Play on a decent device

Let’s start off with a somewhat divisive tip. If you want to be a true Call of Duty: Mobile pro, it’s important to have the right device on which to play the game. If the controls feel fiddly or the game is lagging due to poor performance, you aren’t going to be able to maximise your potential. Consider upgrading your device if you’re serious about CoD: Mobile and want to be the best you possibly can be (and if your budget allows for it, of course). Otherwise, you’ll simply be playing on a sub-optimal level, and that won’t do your performance any favours. If you need to, remember to adjust the graphics level, because performance is more important than visual fidelity.

Load up on COD Credits and COD Points

Call of Duty: Mobile has two currencies available. COD Points need to be paid for with real money, while Credits can be earned in-game through completing activities and playing different game modes. It can be a bit of a slow process earning enough currency to buy new weapons and cosmetics, but if you want to be a true pro, you’ll want all the equipment you can get. If you’re looking for a way to earn more COD Points and Credits without expending too much effort (or real-world cash!), then click here for an alternative to the standard methods.

Pick a class that works for you

You may love the look of the Clown, but if you’re not in the right mindset to play this class in Battle Royale mode, then you’re going to see your performance suffer. Before you play for real, head into the Practice vs AI mode and familiarise yourself with different classes. That way, you’ll know which ones cater to your particular strengths and weaknesses, and you’ll be a far more valuable asset to your team when you do head into the game proper. Remember, teams would much rather you excelled at your particular class, and if you want to be a pro, you’ll know where your strengths lie.

Learn the controls inside and out

Call of Duty: Mobile has two control modes available: a simple mode that takes care of some more elaborate functions for you and an advanced mode that hands complete control over to you. It should go without saying that playing on the advanced control mode is the superior way to play, because the more control you have over your play, the more complex plays you can make. Again, it’s a good idea to spend some time in the practice mode adjusting to the controls. If you need to change sliders for things like field of view and aim sensitivity, be sure to play around with those as well.

Use your full range of mobility

In Call of Duty: Mobile, you don’t just have running and jumping available to you. There’s also a slide function that lets you drop into a slide while you’re sprinting, as well as a crouch function that can greatly decrease your visibility to the enemy. Use both of these functions as often as you can, because they could mean the difference between life and death. Learning the full extent of your mobility and how you can use it in versatile situations is probably one of the most valuable Call of Duty: Mobile skills you can pick up. Once again, the practice range is invaluable here.

Use throwables as well as weapons

There are plenty of different throwable weapons in Call of Duty: Mobile, and it’s worth getting to know them inside and out if you’re going to play at a high level. Most of the throwable weapons are explosives, but they all have different functions that will aid you tactically in different situations. It’s worth trying to hone your intuition for when certain throwables are good options against when they should be kept for later. Sometimes, throwing a frag grenade isn’t going to have the same effect as just throwing a combat axe directly at your enemy.

Play with friends wherever possible

While playing with random players is a good way to hone your skills, there’s nothing quite like the co-ordination you’ll get from playing with your friends. Where possible, try organising as many games with them as possible rather than heading into match queues solo. By developing a rapport with your friends, you’re increasing the overall effectiveness of your squad in team modes, and this also has the added bonus that you’re more likely to be able to communicate directly with your friends. If you can’t pull the squad together, solo is fine, but playing with friends is always best.

Put together a killer loadout

Not all weapons in Call of Duty: Mobile are created equal. Every loadout will have different benefits and drawbacks for different players, so experiment with different kinds of weapons before you take them into proper matches. The practice tool will help you to learn the heft, fire rate, and general feel of each weapon. You might find that even if a weapon is considered superior by the community, it’s just not the weapon for you. It’s always better to play according to your own feelings than to be a slave to tactics the community has deemed effective.
