A magnetic powerbank for iPhone 12 and higher, the Trust Magno is an absolute must for those who need a boost on the go.

As someone who tends to use his partner’s bag-contained MASSIVE powerbank whenever my phone is running low and we are out and about, I never really thought to get one myself, as I like to travel light and just have a few things in my pocket, so whenever my phone needed a charge and we were in transit or on a daytrip with our young son, I’d just pop my phone on charge and leave it in her bag. But no longer!The Trust Magno is about the size of a credit card, but with rounded edges, and at about 2cm thick, with a powerful magnet inside. This means that I can have it in a jacket / trouser pocket and attach/detach as needed (with a simple single-click on, double-click to turn off) and charge on the go. 

As someone who mostly wears jeans, the fact that the Trust Magno can snap to my phone and fit inside my pocket really is a game changer, especially on those long days out where you don’t want to be looking for a bar / café to have a coffee purely as an excuse to charge your phone, thoughts of your battery dying haunting your mind as you rely on it for card payments and train passes, etc. 

It can also be charged as it charges your phone via the USB-C connection and is a relatively quick experience that will get your battery from 0% to 80% on a single charge – this equates to about 17-18 hours of extra phone battery life.

The accessibility and ease of use with the Trust Magno has made it a product that rarely leaves my side, coming in handy with things such as band rehearsals, when my phone is used to record demos etc. all whilst charging, instead of tying me to a wall socket.

It’s a pleasure to get the opportunity to cover products such as the Trust Magno, whereby it solves a problem that I didn’t even know I had! Something that will become even more handy as time goes on and the battery life on phones shortens, should you be unable to get a battery refresh straight away. A sneaky gadget highlight of 2025 so far!
