Sitting down in lockdown 3 watching some rubbish on the TV whilst reading Retro Gamer Magazine late at night I was dreaming of the time when we could walk into shops and browse video games and then my mind wandered off to when I was an 11-year-old boy who would visit LOGIC Computers in Cheshunt Hertfordshire to buy my Atari XE/XL tapes and cartridges for my ATARI XEGS.

đš️đž Britt's AntStream Arcade Adventure đš️đž @AntstreamArcade #Arcade
Antstream arcade has been around for almost a year now and it was something I was keen to get involved with.
For those who aren’t aware of the service, it’s a subscription-based site that allows you to stream games ranging from the 8-bit home micro-computers of the 80’s such as Amstrad, Spectrum and Commodore 64 through a selection of 16-bit titles from systems such as the Amiga and Mega Drive up to an impressive amount of arcade ports that span decades.

đš️ I Played That At My Mate's House đš️ #Retrogaming #C64 #Commodore64
When I chart back my journey through video games over the years and I think back to my childhood years of playing video games a pivotal moment in video games always took place at a mates house.
From my first moments of seeing a Spectrum to the point where I realised I needed a PC these moments were all borne from a visit to a friend’s house who had the latest console or the coolest game of the time.
So let’s get into my own personal time machine and head on back to those key moments from when I was growing up and discovering video games for the first time.

đŗ Loading Screen Games đŗ #Retrogaming
Who remembers a time when you would sit and wait for your computer games to load?
Anyone who owned a Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC or an Atari 800 will remember it very well!

☆ Ben Steele's Video Games Memories "Karnov & That Damn Duck Hunt Dog!" ☆
When I find myself with uninterrupted time to play video games I always find myself returning to my old classics, games I’ve played hundreds of times even when I have new games not even opened from their wrapping waiting to be played on the latest consoles.
Although I do love new games they just don’t excite me like the old ones.
Is it an age thing?
Is it the memories the games release hidden in the depths of my subconscious or are they just better more enjoyable games?

☆ My Retrogaming Video Games Bucket List ☆ #Retrogaming #GamersUnite
Retrogaming for me only occurs on carefully planned days of the week. It means that sometimes I will only get a one or two hour slot to play with and in that time I need to utilise my time efficiently as i may only get one chance a week to play computer games.
With this in mind I have created a Retrogaming Computer Games Bucket List.
This list is intended to highlight 2 must play games on the various consoles or computers that I am yet to play.
My intention is to work my way through this list before I kick the bucket!!

☆ 5 Retrogaming Moments That Shaped My Video Games World ☆
When I think back to when I was young gamer there were 5 distinct experiences with 5 different machines that laid the foundation for my eternal love of Video Games.
It was these exposures to these legendary systems which meant that I am still a gamer today.
